Mission Possible

Our mission is to enlighten and impart a realistic vision of the genuine possibilities available to disadvantaged children and adolescents around the world. Those having apparent potential and leadership ability to positively change their world, those who are presently living in impoverished societies and nations. It has been said, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” That is exactly what the C.H.I.E.F. program is designed to do.

C.H.I.E.F. will provide at their state-of-the-art facilities, along with proper medical and dental attention, the appropriate quality education in every field necessary to equip these children and adolescents with the adequate knowledge, insight, and skills to become effective leaders in their own local communities, to develop and bring about positive, lasting change.

    will choose these children and adolescents to become students, ranging from 9 to 16 yrs. of age, based upon established criteria of those showing the greatest aptitude and potential for leadership, including insightful input from the local community in which these prospective students live.
        Those chosen to become students will be brought to

C.H.I.E.F.

      ’s facilities to be educated and trained in the latest technologies available in all disciplines in every field necessary to equip these students to return to their own families to become effective leaders, bringing about the positive change desired in their local communities.
        Their leadership and learned skills will be needed to develop the means whereby to create a self-sustaining local community.  Beginning with the agricultural training they received through

C.H.I.E.F.

      , tailored to their own region where their families live, to feed their families, and to teach and train others in the surrounding area to do likewise.  Then leadership in the development of marketing and distribution of all excess production to create a viable income for their families and local community, bringing about the needed positive change and sustainable development for their impoverished societies.

C.H.I.E.F. 

    will provide these students, once returning to their own families and local communities, with the necessary assistance needed to implement an efficient and effective program of sustainable development for their local communities, bringing about lasting positive change.

The Children’s Health and International Education Foundation program will certainly impart a vision to these disadvantaged children and adolescents, thereby raising their aspirations and expectations of what they can truly accomplish through determination and commitment for their families and local communities, in the betterment of their life and livelihood.  C.H.I.E.F. will truly give these children and adolescents vision and hope for the future.
