C.H.I.E.F. - Our Goals

C.H.I.E.F. - Saint Lucia

C.H.I.E.F. has established specific goals for C.H.I.E.F. to be completely operational and functional as a teaching and training facility as soon as possible, whereby helping these disadvantaged children and adolescents worldwide to change their world ‘sooner rather than later’, as you have heard it said.

Our goal in the next few weeks is to make the final decision as to exactly where and in which country the C.H.I.E.F. facilities will be built.  We have been in negotiations with several different countries, and one such place that has designated over 800 acres of property for the C.H.I.E.F. project is the island country of St. Lucia in the Caribbean but the founders have decided for the safety of the children because of  possible hurricane activity in that region it would be best to locate elsewhere. There is also property that has been proposed for the building of the C.H.I.E.F. project in the African country of Botswana, just north of South Africa and 3 different locations have been set aside and are now available in Nicaragua in Central America to build the project as well.

Very recently some of those involved with C.H.I.E.F. met with government officials of Ireland including the newly elected President and they have shown a strong desire and proposed property to be set aside for the C.H.I.E.F. project and facilities to be built in their country. But most recently the founders of C.H.I.E.F. have been in serious discussions with the Native American Tribes in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area who have made a verbal commitment to setting aside up to and maybe more than 3,000 acres of sovereign tribal land for the building and establishment of the Children’s Health & International Education Foundation facilities.

C.H.I.E.F. - Planning the Future

The site plan for the number and type of buildings that will needed, and as to where the buildings for the C.H.I.E.F. facilities will need to be situated on the property are completed.  Our next goal is to acquire the next phase of funding necessary to proceed with the project.  That will be the funding that is necessary for the commissioning of architectural drawings and engineering plans for the buildings to be built to house the C.H.I.E.F. facilities and amenities.

Our goal is to start construction on the C.H.I.E.F. facilities, beginning with the school and housing facilities for the 2000 students first, no later than the end of 2012.  Construction for the 430 bed state-of-the-art hospital is to begin simultaneously with the other amenities to be built on the property to begin construction by mid-2013.

Our goal is to have the school and housing facilities for the 2000 students finished first and foremost, and all of the additional facilities and amenities planned for the C.H.I.E.F. project and program 70% built out by 2015.
