C.H.I.E.F.

C.H.I.E.F.The Children’s Health and International Education Foundation believes that not only is the well-being of the physical body important in life, nourishment and food, clothing and shelter, but also the spiritual well-being.  Because the spiritual aspect of mankind is so important, to not only the well-being, contentment and stability of an individual, but also of a people, the Foundation will endeavor to minister to this need in the lives of the disadvantaged children and adolescents who come to the Foundation’s schooling facilities for training.

C.H.I.E.F.The Children’s Health and International Education Foundation will endorse and espouse as the foundation of its spiritual instruction and teaching to the students the general principles of Christianity, such as “love thy neighbor as thyself” and “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, of which these are universally accepted in basically every society on earth.  It is recorded in the Scriptures, Christ stated that loving your neighbor as yourself is the second most important commandment of all, second only to “love the Lord thy God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.”
f
C.H.I.E.F.We acknowledge that God himself demonstrated by example this love for others in that God so loved all of mankind that he gave his only begotten son, and even Christ stated concerning Himself, “greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends”.  May we ask, “Can we do less?”  Should we not love our neighbors as ourself, and should we not do unto others as we would have them do unto us?  Can we teach these children to do less for their families and friends or neighbors from where they come?

C.H.I.E.F.The Foundation embraces that God has a great plan for the life of every individual who acknowledges Him, as it is written, “For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.”  This is the aspiration and desire of C.H.I.E.F., to inspire and instill in these children through spiritual as well as academic training and instruction that there is hope for the future.  By giving them vision, for it is written, “where there is no vision the people perish”, it gives them a future and a hope.  It gives them hope for the future, that they can literally change their world for the better, and bring about positive lasting change for not only themselves and their families, but also for their neighbors and their local communities.  This is what God desires for them, can we desire any less?
